Have a pen and paper handy before you read any further. Read the following questions, imagining the scenes in your mind, and write down the first thing that you visualize. Don't think excessively about the questions!
1. You are about to embark on a journey. What do you take with you?
2. There are two paths through a forest. One, on your left, is worn and goes uphill. Before you is a wide, even path. Choose one.
3. Moving down a path, you see an animal. What type of animal is it?
4. What interaction takes place between you and the animal?
5. You walk deeper in the woods. You enter a clearing and confront a cave. Describe the cave.
6. Do you enter the cave?
7. You leave the cave and walk forward, onto a plateau. There you see a tree. Describe the tree. Note its size. Is it healthy?
8. You leave the tree and yourself standing at the edge of a body of water. Describe it.
